The Revival Center, United Pentecostal Church (UPC) is located in the Fredericksburg Virginia Region in beautiful Spotsylvania County, within the subdivision of Walnut Hills.

​The Revival Center, UPC (formerly known as Walnut Hills UPC) was founded by Pastor Mike and First Lady Robin Campeau in 1982.

Over the last few decades we've grown to include multiple "daughter works" that include a thriving Spanish speaking congregation (located onsite in Spotsylvania County), and locations in Stafford County and Massaponax Virginia. Please view our "locations" tab for more information.

Our churches are affiliated with the United Pentecostal Church International.
